Pension Fund Named a Winner of the Central Indiana Top Workplaces Award for a Second Year
Indianapolis - Pension Fund of the Christian Church has been awarded a Top Workplaces Award for the second year in a row by Indianapolis Star. The Top Workplace winners are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey that measures aspects of an organization’s culture and its employees’ commitment to the organization’s mission and values. This research-based survey measures qualities of employee engagement including commitment, referral, and motivation, among other drivers.
Pension Fund, headquartered in Indianapolis, maintains a fully remote staff base that supports the company’s mission “For the Support of Ministry.” As a church benefits organization, Pension Fund offers retirement and savings solutions for organizations and individuals associated with the Stone-Campbell (Restoration) Movement. The organization strives to put their members first in everything they do.
"We believe in our mission. By giving our staff a place to work where they feel supported and valued, we are better able to serve our members and support the ministry that they do,” said Rev. Dr. Todd Adams, President and CEO of Pension Fund.
