Pension Fund Named a Winner of the Central Indiana Top Workplaces Award for the Third Year in a Row
Indianapolis – The Indianapolis Star has awarded Pension Fund of the Christian Church with the Central Indiana Top Workplaces Award for the third year in a row. The awards are given to organizations based solely on their employees’ feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The survey is offered to all Pension Fund employees with the directive to answer honestly about their experiences and the cultural climate of the organization. This research-based survey measures qualities of employee engagement including commitment, referrals, and motivation, among other drivers.
