Pension Fund Earns 2026 Central Indiana Top Workplaces Award for Fourth Consecutive Year
Indianapolis – Pension Fund of the Christian Church has once again been named a Central Indiana Top Workplaces award winner, marking the fourth year in a row the organization has received this recognition.
The award is presented annually by The Indianapolis Star and is based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected through a third-party survey. The survey measures key elements of workplace culture, including trust in leadership, alignment with mission, opportunities for growth, and overall engagement.
